Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Secretariat Functions
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Secretariat office.
2. Handle official correspondence, emails, and communications.
3. Prepare minutes, reports, and documentation for meetings.
4. Maintain accurate records of members, meetings, and activities.
5. Support planning and coordination of alumni events and programmes.
6. Safeguard confidential records and documents.
Digital Communication & Engagement
1. Manage the association’s official website and social media platforms.
2. Design simple flyers, notices, and announcements for alumni activities.
3. Disseminate information through WhatsApp groups, website, mailing lists, and online platforms.
4. Support online visibility, engagement, and branding of the association.
5. Assist in promoting events, reunions, and fundraising initiatives.
Support & Coordination
1. Liaise with chapters, committees, and stakeholders.
2. Support basic financial documentation and record tracking (as assigned).
3. Perform any other duties assigned by the Alumni Executive.
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
2. ICT proficiency and digital communication skills.
3. Basic graphic design and content management skills (added advantage).
4. Professional conduct, discretion, and accountability.
5. Experience in Administration or project management
6. A degree from any reputable university.
