Albert Shatse Makyur was born on the 10th of August, 1975 to Late Engr and Mrs Paulinus Tyoshar Makyur, from Benue State.

He had his Primary Education at Aduan 3 Primary School, Kafanchan in Kaduna State and advanced to The Prestigious Mt. St. Gabriels Secondary School, Makurdi, Benue State for Secondary Education. He proceeded to the Federal University of Agriculture - Makurdi (now Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi), where he studied Electrical/Electronics Engineering. He furthered his studies at Anglia Ruskin University Chelmsford, UK.

Albert is a COREN Registered Engineer, a Member of The Nigeria Society of Engineers and Currently works at MTN Communications PLC in Lagos. He is into Network Designing, Project Management, Mentorship, Charity Work and Community Service.

He was Headboy Set’92 – Mt. St. Gabriels Second and is presently National President for Set of 1992.

Albert is married with children and lives in Lagos.
