Anyim Joshua Joseph Aondoakula was born into the family of late Anyim James Tyozenda of Gyaluwa, Tsambe-Mbesev Council Ward of Gwer West Local Government Area of Benue State on the 31st of August, 1990 in Makurdi, Benue State.

He had his elementary education at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Nursery and Primary School, Makurdi and secondary education at Mount Saint Gabriel's Secondary School, Makurdi, Benue State. He did his University education at the Benue State University, Makurdi where he obtained B.Sc (Hons) Physics.

He has over ten years of working experience haven worked as event manager with Lush Events for one year, taught Basic technology, Further Mathematics and Physics at Madonna Girls Secondary School, Lafia and Mount Saint Gabriel's Secondary School, Makurdi for a combined two years and worked as a Direct Sales Associate (D.S.A) for Skye Bank Plc. He has also in the past seven years worked as a Network Surveillance Specialist for various telecommunication companies where he also recently served as a Network Operation Center (NOC) Supervisor for six months before the company, Infravision Ltd gave up all their contracts in Northern Nigeria in June.

He has volunteered for various Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) some of which include Samuel Ioron Foundation(SIF), Elohim Development Foundation (EDF), Africa ChangeMakers Initiative (ACi), Strategy and Innovation for Development Initiative (SI4Dev) etc. where he took part in and championed various community development projects.

Joshua Anyim has served several organizations from Secondary School days till date. Some of the organizations and positions he served in are as follows;

- Former Parade Commander, Boys Scout of Nigeria, Makurdi District.

- Former Director of Socials, National Association of Physics Students (NAPS), Benue State (BSU) University chapter.

- Former NOC Supervisor, Infravision Ltd.

- Former Assistant Secretary General, Mount Saint Gabriel’s Old Boys Association (MSGOBA) Worldwide.

- Current Treasurer, MSGOBA class of 2006.

- Current Secretary General, National Association of Physics Graduates, BSU class of 2011.

- He is the current Abuja Location Group Volunteers’ Coordinator of SI4Dev.

- Anyim Joshua A. is the current Assistant Secretary General of MSGOBA, Worldwide.

He is a Fine Artist, an MC/Anchor, Insurance Advisor and is currently open for other opportunities including those in volunteering capacity. He is also a volunteer, diligent, initiative, a good team player, can easily adapt and have excellent communication and networking skills.

His marriage is blessed with a beautiful baby girl.
