Eric Barnabas Chirkpi was born on July 19th 1976 and hails from Tarka area of Benue State.

He had his primary education at Kusaki Nursery and primary school Yandev, Gboko and was at MSG from 1989-1994.

He proceeded to University of Jos and graduated in 2002 with a B.Sc in Geography.

Eric worked with Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) PLC between 2006-2010 as a Route Sales Manager, at various times heading Lafia, Wukari, Nnewi and Agbor sales territories.

He is presently with National Identity Management Commission, on Grade Level 13, as an Assistant Chief Identity officer.

He is highly sociable, a great modern day and traditional dancer during his days at MSG and it was for his modern dance skills that he was named ‘Stylz’ in 1990 by an Old Boy ‘Spitz’ Joseph Igomu who was the school's dance Choreographer.

Eric ‘Stylz’ Chirkpi is a passionate member of the Old Boy's Association, a leading light of the class of ’94 and the man behind the popular slogan ‘WE ARE MSG’.

He is married, has 3 kids and lives with his family in Abuja, Nigeria.
