Charles Onche Ekah was born into the Family of Chief Daniel Ekah of Upu, Otukpo District of Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State, on 5th October 1986 in Makurdi, Benue State. 

He had  his primary education at Command Primary School NASME and Aunty Margie’s Primary School both in Makurdi. He attended Mount Saint Gabriel’s Secondary School, Makurdi from 1996-1999 before leaving to conclude his secondary education in Kaduna State. He did his post-secondary education at Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State, where he obtained a HND in Tourism Management .

Charles joined the Federal Inland Revenue Service in 2012 and, in over a decade of experience has obtained various awards, certifications and qualifications in the fields of HR, audit, fraud and forensic investigations. 
He also holds  other qualifications and certifications in data science, leadership and entrepreneurship amongst others. 

Despite a short stint in MSG, Charles Ekah has always been passionate about the school and serves as the current President of the class of 2002 and is presently  running a second stint as Auditor of MSGOBA WORLDWIDE. 

He is an ardent sports lover and fond of ‘carrying MSGOBA matter on his head’. 

He is happily married to Mrs Rosemary Ekah and they are blessed with a daughter.
