Dr. Terna Nomhwange was born on 23rd November 1974 in Jos, Nigeria.
He attended Nativity private school Makurdi 1979 - 81 and completed his primary education at the first school in Abuja at that time; Demonstration primary school Abuja 1982-85.
He had his secondary education at Mt. St. Gabriel’s from 1985 - 1991.
At MSG, Terna was a member of various clubs including the legendary cultural group and won best dancer consecutively for 3 years, at the all secondary school competition in Kastina Ala (Very little know fact).
He was Vice President, Drama club and vice captain, school basketball team.
He was also a “letter prefect” and a Choir Master.
Terna proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and graduated with an MBBS in 2002.
From then onwards, it has been one educational attainment to another. Below are some educational feats attained by Dr. Terna Nomhwange.

Despite above commitments, very few persons have given their all to MSGOBA activities as Dr. Terna Nomhwange. He has served in various capacities over time such as:
- MSG 91 Abuja Chapter Chairman.
- MSG class of 91 National president - During this period coordinated and curated the publication of the only written biography of Fr Angus Fraser; The life time of sacrifice.
- MSG Abuja city Chapter Chairman.
- Served in various committees of the 40th and 50th anniversary coordination.
- National President MSGOBA.
- As then national president, he is credited most for the return and burial of the corpse of Angus Fraser back in MSG.
The registration of the organization at the CAC, institution of a constitution, redesign of the MSGOBA logo and branded paraphernalia were all done during his tenure as president.
- That same EXCO organized the first end of year annual dinner and subsequent coordination and purchase of a brand new car for Fr Angus Fraser.
Dr. Terna Nomhwange is married to Dr Erdoo Nomhwange(Nee Atim), a consultant ophthalmologist and have 3 kids together.
