Born on 8th of September 1979 to the family of Rtd Justice and Mrs. APB Utsaha, of Guma LGA of Benue State, Aondover is the fifth of eight children in the family.

He attended Makurdi International School Benue State from 1983 to 1989, then proceeded to the prestigious Mount Saint Gabriel Secondary School Makurdi from 1990 t0 1995. He was of impeccable character and as such was appointed by Father Fraser as Adviser to the Headboys.  Aondover was next at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ife from 1997 t0 2001 and 2002 to 2004, for his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degrees respectively.

Following the mandatory NYSC service year in 2004/2005, he has worked with Architectural firms in Makurdi, Port Harcourt and Abuja.

- He is the pioneer Managing Partner of 3P DESIGN CONCEPTS LTD, a duly registered Architectural Firm operating from Abuja.

- He is duly registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), a full member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects (MNIA), a member of the Chartered Project Management Institute of Nigeria (MPMI) and a member of the Guild of Adjudicators in Nigeria (MGAIN).

- Aondover was the pioneer Head of Department of Architecture at the Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko Benue State, during which period, the Department obtained accreditation from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for the National Diploma Program.

- In July 2012, he obtained a Certificate of Entrepreneurial Management from the Enterprise Development Centre of the famous Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.

He has been a resource person for the Nigeria Institute of Architects Professional Practice Examination [NIAPPE] from September 2014 and was was recently – in February 2017 – made a member of the Education Committee of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

Aondover Utsaha is a firm believer in the Nigerian Project – built on youth entrepreneurship and moral/social/cultural reorientation and as such, aspired to govern Benue State in the run up to the 2019 elections, under the platform of the SDP.

His hobbies include reading, drawing, soccer and making new friends.

He is married to MRS. EUCHARIA KWAGHDOO UTSAHA (nee WUESSEY) and the union is blessed with 3 children: Terver, Ter-Nguavese and Dooshima-U-Aondu Ter.
